Salah Zaki is an experienced Auditor and Financial Manager, a Certified Accountant, Certified Director and MBA holder with specialization in “Quality of Corporate Governance Mechanism, Voluntary Disclosure and Firm Valuation of Egyptian Listed Firms” obtained from a joint program between George Washington University and Alexandria University and a holder of Bachelor Degree from Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University (Accounting Major). He also a part-qualified Accountant from England (ACCA). He is in the final preparation phase of his Dissertation Defense for the DBA.
He got a certificate on “Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Competitiveness” from Egyptian Institute of Directors (EIoD), World Bank Institute (WBI) and Capacity Building International (Invent) in Germany. He also attended various international courses and conferences on Corporate Governance and Disclosures issues.
Salah lived and worked in England for eleven years and had previously worked in USA and Saudi Arabia.
Salah is currently working as a “Shared Services Director” for an Egyptian with vast presence in the Egyptian market with role of restructuring various departments within the company such as Finance, IT, Warehousing and Audit Departments.
He also does professional training on the topics of “Corporate Governance”; “Internal Audit” and “Finance for Non-Finance”.
Salah has been involved with United Nations Global Activities for few years and assisted in the establishment of UNGC Egypt Network.
