Governance

Overview

The UN Global Company Network Egypt commits itself to a well structured management approach when it comes to the legal side of operations and maintaining a defined framework guiding us in all our practices. Our governance structure, code of conduct and logo policy are all key items that showcase our commitment to all participants and to the governing body of the Global Compact as a whole.

Structure

The UNGCNE governance structure is a means for us to ensure that we handle our operations under a clear, transparent structure that works to maintain our integrity, accountability and reliability when it comes to managing our practices on all sides.

Structure

Code of Conduct

The UN Global Compact Network Egypt asks all staff personnel to support, follow and implement within their daily lives, sphere of influence and work environment a set of core values in areas of the 10 Principles; human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption. As staff members representing the organisation at all times, it is expected for each individual to act at the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.

Code of Conduct

Logo Policy

As a part of recognising the UNGCNE as an official part of the UN Global Compact, the Global Compact has granted our local network the limited right to use the Global Compact name and logo for official Network purposes and to grant its eligible Network members who apply to use the Network Endorser logo, a limited right to use it for purposes consistent with this policy. This policy is protected by international laws and should be respected and recognised by all those that wish to use the official logo as a conscious effort on our part to protect the image of the Global Compact worldwide.
